Per capita Perth people attend live sport more than any other city, and will easily sustain an NRL team with new converts to the greatest game, and expats from the East Coast, NZ and Pacific Islands.
Western League Weekly was founded by managing editor Scott Stephenson, PhD. A lifelong NRL fan who moved to Perth in 2020.
He was soon joined by editor-at-large Penelope Gasnier and a top tier team of freelance journalists on both coasts.
